We advise clients on Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E.2562 (2019) (“PDPA” and assist with the implementation and development of data protection programs customized to each client’s needs.  Our services cover the following:

  • PDPA due diligence to confirm that a client meets all PDPA requirements;
  • Data Audit to check if a client’s data or business areas may require compliance with the PDPA;
  • Design workflow and related contracts to ensure that a client’s employment agreements, employee handbook, subscription letter, and work rules comply with the PDPA;
  • Design PDPA documentation such as privacy policy, consent letters, processor agreements, and data leak protocols;
  • Handling  PDPA claims covering such areas as data breaches, data leaks and revocations of consent.
