Thailand’s Revenue Department has traditionally focused on audits of corporate income tax returns, as individuals have not been of much interest to Revenue Department officers.  Recently, however, the department has shifted its focus to personal income tax as authorities seek to improve collections, according to an article in the Bangkok Post.
